
ULYSSES TOWNSHIP, PA – On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, shortly after 9:00 PM, Pennsylvania State Police Troopers conducted a traffic stop at 1913 Route 6 W in Ulysses Township, on a 2008 KIA for violations of the PA Title 75 Vehicle Code.
According to police, after further investigation, it was determined that the passenger 60-year-old Anthony Allen of Wellsboro, PA, was (allegedly) in possession of methamphetamine and associated paraphernalia. The driver, 41-year-old Gina Widnikiewicz was also (allegedly) found to be in possession of a separate controlled substance. This investigation is on-going and charges are pending. Troopers listed both individuals as being arrested in this incident.
However, according to court records, Anthony Allen was arrested and charged with following;
- INTENTIONAL POSSESSION of CONTROLLED SUBSTANSCE BY PERSON NOT REGISTERED – Misdemeanor.
- USE/POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – Misdemeanor.
Allen’s preliminary hearing has been set for Monday, October 5, 2026, at 9:45 AM in front of Magisterial District Judge Christopher Dominic Kalacinski.
