Shannon Stephen Mattison, Jr., age 30, of Tioga, PA, passed away at his home on Thursday, May 14, 2026. He was born on April 21, 1996, in Elmira, NY, a son of James Kelley, III and Laura (Mathews) Kelley of Shunk, PA.
He enjoyed playing video games, singing, dancing, mowing lawns, sitting by the fire, and spending time with his children and family.
Shannon is survived by his parents; son, Lenix Mattison of Elmira, NY, daughter, Lilly Mattison of Elmira, NY; brothers, Joey (Amanda) Kelley of Elmira, NY, Jacob Kelley of Shunk, PA, James (Abbie Musto) Kelley, IV of Tioga, PA, Codey (Alexis) Kelley of Elmira, NY, and Shelby Kelley of Shunk, PA; sisters, Kiya (Mark) Brockman of Millerton, PA, Lola Kelley of Shunk, PA, Lacey Sawyers of North Carolina, and Franchesca Banks of Millerton, PA; several nieces and nephews; Special Friend, Marge Hartman of Tioga, PA; great aunt, Kathy Fenton of Shunk, PA; cousin, Missy Oglesby of Elmira, NY; maternal grandmother, Marcella Mathews of Tioga, PA; and paternal grandfather, James Kelley, Jr. of Elmira, NY. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Francis Mathews, and his paternal grandmother, Sharon Marie Wells.
