Jesse Alfred Mead, Jr., age 65, of Knoxville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. He was born on Wednesday, October 12, 1960, at the Blossburg State Hospital in Blossburg, PA, a son of Jesse and Joan (Davis) Mead.
Jesse was married to Teresa (Wheaton) Mead. He worked in IT for Ward Manufacturing and was a veteran of the United States Navy. Jesse enjoyed fishing, riding his bicycle, and video games.
Jesse is survived by his wife, Teresa; a son, Kevin Matthew (Ashley) Mead, Sr. of Elmira, NY; a daughter, Christina (Thomas) Kent of Austinburg, PA; three grandchildren, Kevin Matthew Mead, Jr., Karter Matthew Mead, and Victoria Mead; two brothers, Roger Mead and Danny Mead; and two sisters, Debra Uhl and Shannon Mead. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Jennifer Renee Mead; and a brother, Tim Mead.
