PSP-Towanda Release issued August 5, 2026.
BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – On Sunday, August 2, 2026, around 2:24 PM, a Trooper from the Troop P – Towanda Barracks responded to a residence on Battle Creek Road in Rome Township, located in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, for an alleged stalking incident.
The victim in this case was a 40-year-old Ulster, PA, woman.
Court records indicated that 51-year-old Allen Daniel Riker Jr., of Waverly, NY, was charged with the following;
- 18 § 2709.1 §§ A1 – STALKING – REPEATEDLY COMMITTING ACTS TO CAUSE FEAR – 1st Degree Misdemeanor.
- 18 § 5503 §§ A4 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT HAZARDOUS/PHYSICAL OFFENSE – 3rd Degree Misdemeanor.
The case is listed as inactive and no preliminary hearing has been schedule at this time for Riker.
