BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – 37-year-old Jeffrey Alan Roberts of Wellsboro, PA, was sentenced to an additional minimum of one month in state prison to a maximum of one year in state prison for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
Roberts was charged with the offense by Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Austin Altemus back in March of 2025 after Roberts was found in possession of Suboxone in West Burlington Township.
Roberts was previously sentenced to a state prison sentence for 37 months to 11 years for other offenses out of Bradford County in 2017, 2019, and 2024.
