BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – 33-year-old Mitch Cassidy Johnson of Towanda, PA, was sentenced to an overall minimum of 58 months plus 21 days in state prison to a maximum of 19 years for multiple offenses, including Burglary, Evading Arrest on Foot, Fleeing and Eluding , as well as Possession with Intent to Deliver 12 grams of Methamphetamine, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
Johnson was charged with the offenses by Assistant Chief Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department, Athens Township Police Officer Hunter Condusta, Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Miranda Musick and Athens Township Police Officer Jason Serfas.
Johnson had a lengthy criminal history including Defiant Trespass, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Simple Assault, False Imprisonment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and other drug charges, Burglary, Flight to Avoid Apprehension and more.
