Valley Energy to Increase Rates Over 12%

HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) recently voted 4-1 to approve a Joint Petition for Approval of Settlement permitting Valley Energy to increase its annual natural gas operating revenues by approximately $1.1 million (or by 12% over operating revenues at present rates).  Valley Energy had proposed an increase in annual operating revenues of $1.6 million (19%).
