A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for the following Pennsylvania counties; Bradford, Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, McKean, Northern Centre, Northern & Southern Clinton, Northern & Southern Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga and Warren.
Severe thunderstorms with damaging winds around 60 mph or greater and large hail exceeding 1 inch in diameter are possible late this afternoon into the first half of Tuesday evening.
Please note that an isolated weak, short-lived tornado is also possible. Heavy rain may also cause minor flooding issues.
Remember if driving in poor weather conditions to turn on your headlights and reduce your speed and drive with extra caution.
