BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – Morgan R. Henry, 44, of Sayre, PA, was sentenced to an overall minimum of 14 months in State Prison to a maximum of seven years, to be followed by two years of probation, for the offenses of Aggravated Assault on a Designated Individual, a Felony of the Second Degree, and Simple Assault, a Misdemeanor of the Second Degree.
The charges are the result of two investigations, the first of which was performed by Officer Seth Murrelle of the Sayre Borough Police Department back in June of 2025. The Officer investigated a domestic incident on South Keystone Avenue in South Waverly. The second investigation was performed by Chief Roger S. Clink of the Athens Township Police Department in September of 2025 following an interaction with Henry on King Road in Sayre, PA.
