Rollover Crash Occurs In Farmington Township

FARMINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA – Early Saturday morning, September 13, 2025, fire crews from Nelson and Tioga were first to be dispatched for a crash detection from a vehicle possibly involved in an accident in the area of 994 Elkhorn Road in Farmington Township around 3:00 AM.

Lawrenceville and Middlebury fire crews were next to be dispatched to assist.

When Nelson fire personnel arrived on scene at 3:21 AM, they reported that there was one vehicle off the roadway and on its roof. The driver was able to crawl out of the vehicle with some assistance. The driver did not seem to be injured.

All responding units from the other departments were able to be recalled around 3:30 AM, with the exception of an ambulance from Lawrenceville which was requested to continue on in to check out the driver involved in this crash.

Medics and Lawrenceville ambulance were cleared as Pennsylvania State Police were going to be handling the transport of the driver involved in the rollover accident.

The vehicle was towed from the scene by Cooper’s Towing out of Wellsboro. The Nelson firefighters were finally cleared to return back to their station by 4:45 AM.
