BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – Drivers are advised that lane restrictions will begin next week on Route 14 in Columbia Township, Bradford County, for a resurfacing project.
On Wednesday, July 1, the contractor, Glenn O. Hawbaker, will complete base repairs on Route 14 between Havens Road (T-540) and Snedekerville Road (T-696). Drivers can expect single lane conditions with flagging between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Starting Monday, July 6, the contractor will begin milling, or removing the top layers of the road, resurface, and install new guiderail. Drivers can expect single lane conditions with flagging between Havens Road (T-540) and Snedekerville Road (T-696). Work will be performed Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Glenn O. Hawbaker is the prime contractor for this resurfacing project on Route 14. Work on the project includes base repairs, milling, resurfacing, and guiderail upgrades. Work on the project is anticipated to be completed in September 2026.
