
CU-Mansfield Sports Release – February 28, 2026.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Mansfield University men’s track and field team competed on February 28th, at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Indoor Championships hosted by Lehigh University, in Bethlehem, Pa.
Marcus Quaker started out the day strong for, placing second in the heptathlon 60-meter dash, at 7.15 seconds.
Quaker continued his day in the heptathlon long jump with a season best of 6.42 meters.
He then took on the heptathlon shot put, throwing 11.57 meters.
Quaker put up a well rounded performance, finishing first in the heptathlon high jump with a height of 1.97 meters.
As of today’s results, Quaker sits at third place overall with three events left for day two of the championships.
Cahsid Raymond opened up the team’s first point in the long jump, placing eighth with a mark of 7.05 meters.
Raymond recorded a finals qualifying 200-meter dash time of 22.06 to solidify his spot in the finals on day two.
A gaggle of Mounties consisting of Rylan Ebner, Pius Adomako Jr., Nic Mattison, and Noah Shedden ran the distance medley relay, collecting a team best of 11:09.84.
Raymond also competed in the 60-meter dash, running a 6.97.
