Vicki L. Dow, age 74, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Thursday, March 12, 2026. She was born on May 12, 1951 in Paterson, NJ a daughter of the late Eddie and A. Marie (Aungst) Nessman.
Vicki was a lab pathology technician for many years and had also worked for Haven of Tioga County, as well as worked at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, PA.
She enjoyed reading and watching TV shows, especially crime and medical dramas.
Vicki is survived by a son: Jason Dow of Wellsboro, PA, sister: Maureen Hughes of Wellsboro, PA, sister-in-law: Linda Dow of FL, grandchildren: Jordan Dow, Jakob Catarouche, Ashlyn Catarouche, Jackson Dow, Connor Dow, nephews: Ryan Dow, Eric Muehter, Joe Muehter. She was predeceased by a brother: Jeff Dow and her best friend: Gail Silver.
