Robin Ann Stangel, age 72 of Blossburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at her home. Robin was born November 15, 1953, in Rome, NY, a daughter of Clarence Secor and Mary (Miller) Carrier. She was a member of the Blossburg VFW Auxiliary, the Arnot Sportsman’s Club, and the Blossburg American Legion. Robin was an avid reader, loved cats and spending time with her grandchildren, and was always on the go.
Robin is survived by her children, Ronald (Erin) Corbett of Taberg, NY, Daniel (Jamie) Stangel of Blossburg, PA, Tammy Cannon of Riverside, CA, and Chad Stangel of Rome, NY; 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Ronald, Clarence “Norm,” David, Gerald “Jerry,” and Nelson “Bud,” and sisters Susan “Sue” and Jane.
Friends and family are invited to call on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 11am to 12pm at Arnot Community Church 70 Church St. Arnot, PA. A memorial service will follow at 12pm.
