Lynn Scott “Stub” Fay age 55 of Allenwood, formerly of Westfield, PA, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, PA. Born on Saturday, March 28, 1970, in Elmira, NY, he was the son of the late Ronald G. and Bertha A. (Baker) Fay.
Stub graduated from Cowanesque Valley High School, Class of 1988.
He married Laurie A. (Miles) and Stub loved spending time with his family and grandkids.
He will always be remembered for his passion for music; playing guitar in several bands, for ABATE functions and around the house. Music was his life.
Stubb is survived by his wife of 10 years, Laurie; step children, Kelli and Stephen Cooper of Little Marsh, PA, and Troy and Nikki Miles of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Arianna, Adrianna, Kovin, Korbin and Teddy; siblings, Mary Stevens of Thonotosassa, FL, Keving and Laurice Fay of New Milford, CT, and Penny and Ralph Tormey of Westfield, PA, and several nieces, nephews, as well as cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Ahearn and nephews, Justin Aldrich, and Donald Lee Burdick, III.
A Celebration of Stub’s Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Kenyon Funeral Home, 222 W. Main St., Westfield, PA 16950 to help family with expenses.
