Julie M. Conner, 42, of Genesee, PA, died Saturday, October 25, 2025 in UR Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville, NY. Born May 5, 1983, in Poughkeepsie, NY, she was the daughter of Roger D. and Virginia L. “Ginger” Bailey Ballard.
A 2001 graduate of Northern Potter High School, she earned her LPN degree in 2020 from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
On May 10, 2002, in Ulysses, PA, she married the love of her life, Raymond W. Conner, Jr., who survives.
She was employed by Reed’s Market in Genesee for ten years. In nursing, she worked as a traveling nurse and was employed by Aveanna Healthcare doing home healthcare for the last two years.
Julie loved camping with her family, riding side by side, game night, and playing cornhole. She was passionate about caring for her family and devoted to her friends.
Surviving besides her husband, Raymond, are: her parents, Roger and Ginger Ballard; three children, Gavin Conner, Garrett Conner, and Sara Conner; two brothers, Randy (Julie) Ballard and Dale Ballard; aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Friends may call at Gold Church, 2402 State Rte. 49, Ulysses, PA on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 6:00 PM. Rev. Cameron Cowburn and Rev. Kevin Cornish will co-officiate.
