Judy P. Smith, age 75, of Mansfield, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at UPMC Williamsport Hospital. She was born on Sunday, May 28, 1950, in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of Ellsworth and Janet (Wilcox) Smith.
Judy delivered the Mansfield Penny Saver. She enjoyed old TV westerns and The Waltons.
Judy is survived by her sister, Linda (Ronald) Copp of Mansfield, PA; and a brother, Lonsworth (Kathy) Smith of NC; a very special friend, Dave Chamberlain of Mansfield, PA; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents.
