Ernest Lewis, Jr., age 90, of Nelson, PA, died on Sunday, September 20, 2026. He was born on Sunday, February 9, 1936 in Corning, NY, a son of the late Ernest Lewis, Sr. and Gertrude (Thomas) Kirk.
He was married for 47 years to Sherry (Share) Lewis and enjoyed fishing and bowling. He was retired from Corning Glass, Corning, NY.
Ernie is survived by his wife: Sherry Lewis, daughters: Lenora (David) Krout, Janice Morseman, adopted daughter: Jennifer Lewis, stepson: Robert Morse II, brother: Alan (Pam) Lewis, Sr., sister: Audrey Maldonado, nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Tioga Fire Hall with a luncheon to follow. Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
