Debora Ann Sipps, age 65 of Westfield, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. Born December 28, 1960, in Texas, she was the daughter of the late William C. and Joanne (Hall) Eufer, Sr.
Deb married Michael C. Sipps, Jr., on December 19, 1981, and they shared 34 years together until his passing in 2015.
She loved being outdoors, swimming, her horses and watching game shows. Most of all she loved her grandkids.
Deb is survived by her son, David (Brieanna) Sipps; grandchildren, Michael “Mikey” Sipps, IV, Blake Hardt, Anastasia Bella Sipps and Ailia Ann Sipps; two nephews, William and Shawn Eufer and a niece, Jennifer Eufer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike; a son, Michael C. Sipps, III and a brother, William Eufer, Jr.
A graveside service will be held at Champlin Cemetery on Wednesday, February 25th at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jacek Bialkowski officiating. Arrangements are in care of Kenyon Funeral Home, Westfield.
