Millerton Man Facing Charges In Alleged Burglary

MILLERTON, PA Multiple charges have been filed against 28-year-old Brandon E. Mays of Millerton, PA, after Pennsylvania State Police claim Mays burglarized the Dandy Mini Mart located at 7320 PA-328 n Millerton, PA back on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, and stole copper wiring and fentanyl.

Mays has been charged with the following;

  • 3rd Degree Felony – Criminal Trespass (Entering Structure).
  • 2nd Degree Felony – Burglary (no person present), a grade 2 felony
  • Theft of Secondary Metal (Copper).
  • Criminal Mischief (Damaging Property).
  • Intentional Possession of a Controlled Substance.
  • 2 Counts of Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (two counts).

As for the theft of fentanyl during the burglary, police did not release any details on why the drug was inside the store. Police did note that Mays had been identified as the person involved in the crime.

Mays was placed in the Bradford County Correctional Facility as he was unable to pay his monetary bail was set at $125,000.00

Individual above is to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
