
PSP-Towanda Release combined with Court Records – March 11, 2026.
TROY TOWNSHIP, PA – On Thursday, February 5, 2026, around 12:17 PM, Pennsylvania State Police, along with fire crews and EMS responded to an accident in Troy Township, PA.
This crash occurred as 45-year-old Ryan Joseph Ollock of Mainesburg, PA, was traveling Northbound on Farmers Valley Rd. Ollock’s 2023 Subaru Legacy left the roadway on the east side of the road initially striking a fence post, then it struck an embankment. The Legacy came to rest after it rolled over onto the passenger’s side.
Ollock was injured in the accident and transported to Guthrie Troy Hospital by Western Alliance Emergency Services,
Ollock was arrested for allegedly DUI and was charged with the following;
- DUI: Highest Rte of Alcohol (BAC .16+) 1st Offense – (Misdemeanor).
- DUI: High Rte of Alcohol (Bac.10 – <.16) 1st Offense – (Misdemeanor).
- DUI: General Impairment (BAC .08 – .10) 1st Offense – (Misdemeanor).
- Careless Driving – (Summary).
- (Failure) to Drive at Safe Speed – (Summary).
- Disregard Traffic Lane (Single) – (Summary).
Ollock’s preliminary hearing is set for Friday, April 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM in front of Magisterial District Judge Allen P. Page III.
