Lines Taken Down & Poles Damaged Along Station Road

LAWRENCEVILLE, PA – On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, around 2:15 PM Lawrenceville Fire Department responded to Station Road and Depot Hill Road intersection for live lines down on a semi truck. It was also noted that with multiple utility poles damaged in the 500 block of Station Road.

Due to the fact that the electric lines were brought down by the semi truck the roadway was closed.

Electric Company serving that area was already on scene before Frontier crew arrived.

The scene was turned over to Frontier crew and all remaining Lawrenceville fire crews were cleared around 4:30 PM and able to return to their station.

FNN received word that the roadway was opened around 5:00 PM, as utility work was completed and crews were cleared.

No injuries were reported in this incident. Pennsylvania State Police are handling the investigation into this accident.
