Female Driver Injured In Crash In Lindley, NY

LINDLEY, NY – Lawrenceville fire crews as well as, Lindley-Presho units responded to a single vehicle accident early Thursday morning, October 30, 2025, in Lindley, NY, at the PA/NY boarder of I-99 Northbound near Mile Marker 1.

Early reports indicated that a car had struck the guide rail. Lawrenceville Fire Department responded with their new heavy Rescue 8-8 with crew, along with their Squad unit to the crash scene.

Lawrenceville fire personnel arrived on scene around 7:37 AM and reported that accident was at the top of the northbound on-ramp.

Firefighters immediately closed down the on-ramp and would shut down one lane of traffic along I-99, while leaving the passing lane open as they assisted the driver and New York State Police.

The female driver of the gray Nissan sedan was injured as fire personnel assisted her until EMS personnel arrived. The driver was then transported to a medical center by AMR.

B&W Towing LLC was requested to tow the disabled Nissan from the scene.

Lawrenceville crews were cleared from the accident and were able to return back to their station around 8:22 AM.
