TOWANDA, PA – 57-year-old Faye Ann Freer of Towanda, PA, has been cited for Title 18 Section 2709 A1 (Summary) – Harassment – Subject Others to Physical Contact.
According to police, on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, Pennsylvania State Police responded to a residence on South Main Street in Towanda, PA, for a reported active domestic incident around 4:13 PM in Towanda Township.
It was alleged that Faye Freer struck and bit a 25-year-old male at the residence they both share.
Charges were filed through MDJ 42-3-03.
