BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – 41-year-old Erica M. Davis, of Elmira, NY, is currently residing in the Bradford County Correctional Facility. Davis was recently sentenced to a minimum of six months in the Bradford County Correctional Facility to a maximum of one year, together with two years in the Bradford County Treatment Court Program and an additional ten years of Probation, following her conviction for two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances.
Davis had a very limited criminal history, making a local sentence appropriate. Davis was investigated and charged with the offenses by Trooper Anthony Mazzone of the Pennsylvania State Police back in November of 2024.
