MILLERTON, PA – On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, around 6:41 AM Pennsylvania State Police responded to the 200 block of Lake Road for a reported domestic incident. However when Troopers arrived on scene, 27-year-old Brandon M. Schrader of Elmira, NY, had already fled the scene.
According to police, upon further investigation it was determined that Schreader had (allegedly) put his hand around the 28-year-old Lawrenceville woman’s throat or neck area and threw her to the ground.
Brandon Schrader was charged with the following:
- 2nd Degree Felony – Strangulation – Applying Pressure to Throat or Neck.
- 2nd Degree Misdemeanor – Simple Assault
- Summary – Harassment – Subject Other to Physical Contact.
Schrader was able to make his $20,000 monetary bail two days after being arrested.
His preliminary hearing is set for Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 9:00 AM in front of Magisterial District Judge James R. Edgcomb.
