LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, PA – Early Thursday morning, September 4, 2025, around 7:41 AM, Lawrenceville and Tioga fire crews, as well as an ambulance stationed in Nelson responded to a rollover crash in Lawrence Township.

By 7:45 AM Lawrenceville fire personnel arrived in the area of 2387 Tioga River Road and announced that the vehicle was off the roadway and on its roof.

The original report had noted that there was only a male driver in the vehicle at the time of the crash. However, according to Lawrenceville Fire Department, there were actually two occupants inside the vehicle. Both had climbed out of the vehicle on their own prior to emergency crews arriving on scene.

Just before 8:00 AM, responding fire units from Tioga Fire Department were all recalled as they were not needed on scene. Lawrenceville Fire Department had responded with an engine, a squad and their patrol. Responding medics had been recalled earlier as those involved suffered only minor injuries. Both individuals signed refusals before they were released.

Lawrenceville firefighters ended up stabilizing the vehicle so someone could enter the vehicle to recover documents that Pennsylvania State Police needed for their investigation report.

White’s Towing would remove the disabled vehicle from scene. Fire crews were on scene for just over an hour and they were able to return to their station around 8:51 AM.
