EULALIA TOWNSHIP, PA – Back on Sunday, August 31, 2025, around 9:49 PM, Pennsylvania State Police responded to a single vehicle crash wih injury in Eulalia Township in Potter County, PA.
According to police release, 24-year-old Derek Rank of Bethel, PA, had fled the scene of the accident, his passenger, of Pitman, Pa, was flown out to a trauma center for treatment of his injuries.
Rank was located later at a nearby camp and was arrested. This investigation was listed as still being under investigation, but labeled as a DUI (alcohol) crash.
