SUMMIT TOWNSHIP, PA – On Thursday, September 4, 2025, Pennsylvania State Police responded to Prouty Road in Summit Township, Potter County, PA, for a report of PFA (Protection From Abuse) Violation around 10:26 AM.
According to police release, after further investigation, it was determined that 64-year-old Roddy Reese of Austin Borough, PA, was allegedly in violation of the PFA and he was arrested, charged, arraigned and placed in the Potter County Jail.
Reese was charged with Contempt For Violation of Order or Agreement. Monetary bail was set at $1,000.
