BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – Brock Edward Stillman, 42, of Athens, PA, was sentenced to 24 months of probation for charges of Hindering Apprehension and Altering or Forging Titles to Motor Vehicles.
Stillman was charged with the Altering or Forging Title offense by Assistant Chief Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department back in July of 2025 after he was found driving a 2012 Nissan pickup truck with a phony inspection sticker. The Hindering Apprehension charge was filed by Officer Hunter Condusta of the Athens Township Police Department because Stillman provided transportation to someone he knew had a warrant for his arrest out of New York State.
This supervision will allow the Court to monitor Stillman’s behavior and if he fails to complete the supervision or if he receives any new charges, he can be revoked from that that probation and he can be resentenced to harsher sanctions, including incarceration.
