Abandoned Vehicle Leads To Charges Against Montoursville Woman – PSP Coudersport Release

SUMMIT TOWNSHIP, PA – Back on Friday, August 15, 2025, around 7:24 AM, Pennsylvania State Police responded to a reported accident along State Route 44 in Summit Township, Potter County.

According to police, upon their arrival at the intersection of Cherry Springs Road and Sunken Branch Road, they discovered an abandoned vehicle containing marijuana and paraphernalia in plain view.

After futher investigation, a search warrant was obtained and an assortment of suspected narcotics, untaxed cigarettes and drug paraphernalia was seized. Seized was marijuana, suspected methamphetamine, suspected crack cocaine and other suspected narcotics.

Charges will be filed through MDJ 55=3-01 against 36-year-old Kayla Lynch of Montoursville, PA..
