Linda Ann Booher, age 77 of Lawrenceville, PA, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, at her home surrounded by family. She was born on Sunday, April 11, 1948, in Corning, NY, and was a daughter to the late Robert and Alice (Seelye) Colegrove.
Linda was a 1966 Williamson High School graduate and right out of school she started working at Corning Glass in the accounting department. Following that she went on to be a teller at C&N Bank in Tioga, PA, for 20 plus years until she moved on to Corning Credit Union for a couple years before retiring.
On June 11, 1966, Roy Lee Booher married Linda at the Lawrenceville Presbyterian Church, having shared 59 loving years together.
She enjoyed baking, making homemade cards, tending to her flower garden, singing in the church choir, and spoiling her puppy dog, “Bing”.
Linda also loved being a grandma and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband, Roy L. Booher; daughter, Brenda (Scott) Dixon of Caton, NY; grandchildren, Erica Arsnoe (Zachary) of Timmonsville, SC, Julie VanVleck (Robert) of Big Flats, NY and Ethan (Cassandra) Dixon of New Bern, NC; 9 great grandchildren; siblings, Stephen (Linda) Colegrove, Mary Ellen (Thomas) Bauman and Gary (Diane) Colegrove; sister-in-law, Juanita Wheeler of Lawrenceville, PA; many nieces and nephews; as well as a dear friend, Susie Brown.
Linda was preceded in death by both her parents; a son, Roy L. Booher Jr. whom passed in 1981; and a brother, Robert H. Colegrove whom passed in 2024.
Family and friends are called to Tabernacle Baptist Church, 9 Eden Ln, Tioga, PA 16946, on Friday, October 3, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held immediately following at 4:00 PM with Pastor Greg Ferguson officiating. Linda will be laid to rest at Tioga County Memorial Gardens at a later date.
