Christopher Michael Piaquadio, 72, of Galeton, PA, formerly of Fort Walton Beach, FL, died on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in UPMC Williamsport Hospital. Born on Friday, December 26, 1952, in Wellsboro, PA, he was the son of Michael D. and Donna J. Vergason Piaquadio.
On July 21, 1989, in Coudersport, PA, he married Michelle J. “Mickie” Mahon, who survives.
A 1972 graduate of Galeton High School, Chris was employed as a heavy equipment operator.
He was a member of the Galeton Moose and a social member of the VFW. Chris loved riding his Harley-Davidson.
Surviving besides his wife, Michelle, are: five children, Christian Piaquadio, Angela Jefferson, Jared (Morgan) Androzzi, Michael Piaquadio, and Carissa (Steve) Jaeger; two step-sons, Justin Whipple and Rob (Katie) Trump; 16 grandchildren; three brothers, Louis (Sarah) Piaquadio, Stephen (Michelle) Piaquadio, and David Piaquadio; two sisters, Margo A. Wyar and Mary Jane (Joel) Antush; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents.
