Shooting Investigation Leads to 3 Arrests

Williamsport Bureau Police Release – Thursday, June 18, 2026.

WILLIAMSPORT, PA – During the course of the recent investigation into this particular shooting, Agents assigned to the Williamsport Bureau of Police Criminal Investigations Unit identified three individuals involved in the incident. The individuals were identified as Lamar Campbell, Phillip Torres, and a male juvenile.

Following the identification of the the three suspects, Agents obtained and executed a search warrant at 613 Green Street in the City of Williamsport. During the execution of the search warrant, investigators recovered a large quantity of suspected controlled substances and two firearms.

As a result of the investigation, Lamar Campbell and Phillip Torres were charged with various narcotics and firearms offenses.

The male juvenile was charged with Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, Possession of a Firearm by a Minor, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Possessing Instruments of Crime. Following his arrest, the juvenile was committed to a juvenile detention facility pending further court proceedings.

The Williamsport Bureau of Police would like to thank its law enforcement partners for their assistance during this investigation. The investigation remains active, and additional charges may be filed as further information is developed.

All individuals are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
