ROULETTE, PA – On Monday evening, March 16, 2026, around 7:00 PM, Pennsylvania State Police based in Coudersport received a report of suspected (alleged) child abuse of a 1-year-old female of Roulette, PA. The incident was stated to have occurred at a location in the 30 block of River Street in Roulette Township.
Through police investigation, the abuse was substantiated and 24-year-old Kristopher Taylor of Bradford, PA, was taken into custody and charged through District Court 55-4-01 with the following 6 charges:
- Title 18 2702(a)(9)-AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – Victim Less Than 13 and
Defendant 18 or older – 1st Degree Felony. - 2 Counts of Title 18 2702(a)(8)-AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – Victim Less Than 6 and Defendant 18 or older – 2nd Degree Felony.
- Title 18 2705-RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING ANOTHER PERSON – 2nd Degree Misdemeanor.
- Title 18 4304(a)(1)-ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN – 2nd Degree Felony.
- Title 18 2701(a)(1)- SIMPLE ASSAULT – 1st Degree Misdemeanor.
Taylor is still currently incarcerated at the Potter County Jail as his monetary bail was set at $50,000. This case was waved to court on March 31, 2026.
