TIOGA COURY, PA – Approximately 1,400 are without power in Tioga County as storm clouds darkened and strong gusts of winds with rain hit Tioga, Blossburg, Liberty and other areas.
First Energy reported outages in the following areas –
- 224 outages in Blossburg Township. Restoration time set at 11:00 PM. Power said to have been restored along Taber Street in Blossburg. Unsure about Blossburg Borough around 8:50 PM.
- 379 outages in Blossburg Borough. Restoration time set at 11:00 PM.
- 1 outage in Covington Township. Restoration times set atv11:00 PM.
- 67 outages in Hamilton Township. Restoration times set at 11:00 PM.
- 19 outages in Lawrence Township. Restoration times set at 12:30 AM.
- 1 outage in Morris Township. Restoration time set at 11:00 PM.
- 1 outage in Osceola Township. Restoration times set at 1:00 AM.
- 349 outages in Tioga Borough. Restoration time was around 10:30 PM, 2 hours before the set predicted restoration time of 12:30 AM.
- 301 outages in Tioga Township. Restoration times set at 12:30 AM. Unknown if power was rest0red for those in Tioga Township.
Tri-County Electric reported the following outages in Tioga County, PA –
49 outages in the county.
17 outages in Middlebury.
7 in Liberty.
2 in Morris.
