TIOGA COUNTY, PA – Weather across Tioga County, PA, was interesting as temperatures rose into the low 60’s and by evening temperatures were quickly dropping towards the low 30’s to high 20’s as a cold front moved in.

Blossburg and Mansfield saw dark clouds throughout the day, often bringing in only rainfall. However, a thunderstorm was reported in Wellsboro around 1:00 PM. With that storm it brought small hail to Wellsboro.

Around 5:30 PM skies darkened again in Blossburg, PA, but only rain fell as the clouds dissipated.
