6 Sentenced In Various Crimes

BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – Six individuals were recently sentenced for their crimes, according to releases by District Attorney Richard Wilson.

Kyle Lynn Bradley of Gillett, PA

BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – Kyle Lynn Bradley of Gillett, PA, was sentenced to an overall minimum of six months plus 30 days to a maximum of 6 years and 11 months in state prison, to be followed by five years of probation, for the offenses of Terroristic Threats and two counts of felony Theft.

Bradley was originally charged with offenses by Trooper Waylon Smith of the Pennsylvania State Police back in 2024, and subsequently charged with Terroristic Threats by Trooper Luke Geiger of the Pennsylvania State Police.

Bradley had a significant criminal history including drug charges, Criminal Mischief, Harassment, Simple Assault, DWI, DUI, and PFA violations dating back to 2004, making a sentence of state incarceration appropriate. 

Shawn Daniel Wagner of Williamsport, PA

BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – 38-year-old-Shawn Daniel Wagner of Williamsport, PA, was sentenced to a minimum of 56 days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility to a maximum of two years for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, specifically Methamphetamine.

Wagner was found to be in possession of the controlled substance by Trooper Matthew Mondak of the Pennsylvania State Police when the trooper was investigating Wagner for active Domestic Relations warrants out of the Bradford County Sheriff’s Office.

Darcie Jean Olmstead of Rome, PA

BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – 30-year-old Darcie Jean Olmstead of Rome, PA, was sentenced to two years of probation, consecutive to an existing 34 day to 23-month and 29-day parole sentence, for the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, specifically Methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Olmstead was found by Trooper Stephon Galka of the Pennsylvania State Police to be in possession of the drugs and paraphernalia back in October of 2025 when the trooper was dispatched to investigate complaints.

Olmstead’s underlying parole sentence was the result of a previous guilty plea to Retail Theft graded as a felony, where she was initially given 24 months of probation but failed to successfully complete that probation. Accordingly, that probation was revoked and she became incarcerated and resentenced to serve that sentence, as well.

Mallory Ann Manzer of Barton, NY

BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – 41-year-old Mallory Ann Manzer of Barton, NY, was sentenced to seven days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for the offense of False Identification to Law Enforcement, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

Manzer had a warrant for her arrest in an unrelated matter and gave a false name to officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department during the officer’s investigation into a domestic incident on Chacona Lane in Sayre Borough in October of last year.

Manzer had a criminal history consisting of drug possession and a felony theft conviction, making a sentence of incarceration appropriate. 

Angela M. Fairlie of Nichols, NY

BRADFORED COUNTY, PA – 41-year-old Angela M. Fairlie of Nichols, NY, was sentenced to a minimum of three days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility to a maximum of six months, together with a $1,000.00 fine for the offense of Driving Under the influence of alcohol.

Fairly had a .192% and blood alcohol content when she was arrested by Trooper Steven Galka of the Pennsylvania State Police on Aumick Road in Litchfield Township in August of 2025. 

Kamry M. Smiley of Towanda PA

BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – 35-year-old Kamry M. Smiley of Towanda PA, was sentenced to seven days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Smiley was found in possession of THC vape pens during a traffic stop on Susquehanna Street in Wysox Township. Trooper Santino Alunni of the Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges in January of this year.

After the conclusion of the jail sentence, Smiley is expected to be extradited to Texas on a warrant for criminal charges for possession of dangerous drugs.
