
MANSFIELD, Pa. – On Friday afternoon, March 8, 2026, Katie Sheeler represented the Mansfield Mountaineers women’s basketball team on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division First Team, announced by the conference office.
Sheeler was the second leading scorer in the PSAC and top in the east with 17.9 ppg. She was fourth in steals in the conference with 71. She played the most minutes this season in the conference with 1028 minutes played.
Sheeler placed herself throughout the Mansfield record book on the year. Her 501 points scored is second in a season, in program history. Sheeler’s 143 made free throws was good for second most in a season in program history. Her 71 steals in a season is good for ninth in program history. Her 72 made three-point baskets was good for third in program history.
Sheeler broke the Mansfield Record for career three-pointers with 193. She passed Mallory Hafer on her final make of the season.
Sheeler became the 19th Mountaineer to score 1000 career points for Mansfield. She currently sits at ninth place with 1220 career points.
It is Sheeler’s second All-PSAC selection and first 1st Team honor.
