District Attorney Richard Wilson Release – March 6, 2026.
BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – 32-year-old Culleen Merrick Joslyn of Towanda, PA, was re-sentenced to a minimum of 27 months in State Prison to a maximum of five years, with a consecutive period of five years of probation, for the offense of Possession with Intent to Deliver between 2.5 and 10 grams of Methamphetamine.
Joslyn was originally charged with the offense by Trooper Justin Walton of the Pennsylvania State Police following the Trooper’s traffic stop on State Route 414 in Franklin Township.
“The Trooper did a great job of recognizing the signs of drug trafficking, and properly sought a search warrant for the vehicle which revealed cash and drugs,” said District Attorney Richard Wilson.
It is important to note that Joslyn was given an opportunity with the local Bradford County Treatment Court Program, but failed to complete that program, resulting in a revocation and this resentencing. While in the Treatment Court Program, Joslyn continued to use methamphetamine and have contact with people with whom she was not allowed to have contact as part of her participation in the program. Accordingly, she was revoked and this sentence resulted.
“It should be noted that her removal from the program makes room for other persons who might be more willing to pursue drug and alcohol treatment,” stated District Attorney Richard Wilson.
