CU-Mansfield Sports Release – January 2026.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Mansfield University women’s track and field team competed on January 23 at the RIT Friday Meet hosted by Rochester Institute of Technology.
A quartet of Makayla Robicheaux, Sandra Lemus, Zalayna Brown and Samantha Newman placed sixth in the 4×200 meter relay with 2:02.22.
Olivia Meisner recorded a 12th place finish in shot put with a mark of 11.15m, while Minyhah Easterling collected 14th with 10.97m.
Newman (4.85m), Brown (4.69m) and Alyssa Parks (4.52m) competed in long jump.
Marissa Allen clocked a 1:08.83 in the 400-meter.
Robicheaux debuted in the 300-meter finishing 11th with a time of 49.12.
Parks also debuted in the 200-meter dash with 28.53.
The duo of Mayla Falank and Abigail Davies finished 12:22.51 and 12:55.49 in the 3,000 meter.
Newman (8.36) and Sandra Lemus (8.74) competed in the 60-meter dash.
Falank picked up a time of 6:08.33 in the mile, with Davies at 6:17.14.
In weight throw, Easterling finished 10.93m, Meisner at 9.68m and Blaze Wood with 7.00m.
