WELLSBORO, PA – The Tioga County Fair was named Zone 2 Fair of the Year at the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs Convention on Thursday evening, January 22, 2025, in Hershey, PA.
According to the Tioga County PA Fair, Tierney Patterson has been proudly representing Tioga County a like a champ!
