Homeless Woman Sentenced for DUI

Release – January 10, 2026.

BRADFORD COUNTY, PA – Kimberly Sue Jones, AKA (also known as) Kimberly Alderman, AKA Kimberly Rockhold, and AKA KIimberly Borelli, 54, homeless, was sentenced to a minimum of 27 days in Bradford County Correctional Facility to a maximum of six months for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Jones was charged with the offense by Officer Brad J. Wilson of the Athens Township Police Department following the Officer’s investigation into a hit and run of a parked car on Elmira Street. Blood testing showed a blood alcohol content of 0.299%, which is more than three times the legal limit. Jones had a Driving Under the Influence offense in West Virginia back in 2007, making this a first such offense in the past ten years for sentencing purposes. However, the lengthier period of incarceration was appropriate given that she hit a parked car and left the area.
