Missing Elmira Woman Located

ELMIRA, NY – (Update) The Elmira Police Department has located Vicki L Gullo AN she is in stable condition. The Elmira Police Department is not requesting any further assistance for this matter but would like to thank the public for quick responses and general concern. We will follow up with another press release.

Original Release – The Elmira Police Department has requested the assistance of the public to be on the look out for a Vulnerable Missing Adult. Vicki L Gullo, who was last known to be in the 200 block of South Hoffman Street near McDowel Pl around 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 29, 2025. Vicki Gullo is described as a 64-year-old white female, approximately 5ft 2in tall. Her vehicle was located at a residence in the 200 block of South Hoffman Street unoccupied, with all her belongings in the vehicle. Ms. Gullo is believed to have limited mobility and likely to be within the surrounding area of where her vehicle was located.

The Elmira Police Department is asking anyone who lives in the area to check their back yards, garages, and outbuildings for Ms. Gullo, as well as any security cameras for someone matching her description. Due to Ms Gullo’s current medical status and current weather conditions, she is considered to be a vulnerable adult in need of medical attention.
