Phyllis (Kennedy) Chamberlain, age 88 of Mansfield, PA, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025. Phyllis was born April 20, 1937, a daughter of Donald and Gertrude (Stone) Kennedy.
She was the wife of the late Richard Chamberlain, who passed in 1991. Phyllis was an active member at the Bakerburg Community Church, and enjoyed sewing, gardening, baking, and quilting.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Donald (Lugene) Chamberlain of Mansfield, PA; daughter Judy Lynn (Robert) Beckwith of North Prairie, WI; grandchildren Tyler (Martha) Chamberlain, Cassie Chamberlain, Jessica Beckwith, and Stephanie (Jordan) Bartolazzi; great-grandchildren Nora, Parker, Amelia, Arlo, Mabel, and Lester; and sister, Charlotte Smith of Mansfield, PA. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son Michael Chamberlain, brother William Kennedy, and sister Shirley Rice.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bakerburg Community Church, 197 Gray Valley Rd, Mainesburg, PA. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM with Pastor Paul Binkley officiating. Burial will take place at the State Road Cemetery, Mainesburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bakerburg Community Church.
