Stewart D. “Bub” Farnsworth, Jr., age 67 of Osceola, PA, passed away at home surrounded by family on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Born on Thursday, October 23, 1958 in Wellsboro, PA, he was the son of Stewart “Dean” Farnsworth, Sr. and Addie “Mary” Causer.
Bub was a lifelong devoted farmer. He bought Locust Hill Farms in Osceola, PA, back in 1984 and sold the farm on October 20, 2021.
He married Lisa Ann (Tillinghast), who he shared 34 years together, April 12, 2022 on the farm in Osceola.
He loved family get togethers, his cows, his beloved dog “Sammy” and collecting John Deere tractors.
Bub is survived by his wife, Lisa; daughter, Jessica (Derek) Tuttle of Osceola; son, Stewart Dean Farnsworth, III of Williamsport; daughter in law, Danielle Farnsworth Randall of Lawrenceville; step children, Jeff (Tiffany) Allen of Osceola and Matthew Allen of Osceola; 14 grandchildren; his mother, Mary Causer and his sister, Peggy (Jeff) Thompson of Osceola.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Joey and Brian Farnsworth; father, Dean Farnsworth; sister, Deana Farnsworth and maternal and paternal grandparents.
A Celebration of Bub’s Life will be held on the farm, 4460 Locey Creek Rd., Osceola on Saturday, November 8th at 1:00PM. Arrangements are in care of Kenyon Funeral Home, Inc.
