MANSFIELD, PA – Thirty-five North Penn-Mansfield Jr./Sr. High School students participated in the Tioga County Music Festival on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The Tioga County Music Festival brings together talented students from schools across Tioga County, PA. The festival is a full day of music-making that culminates in an evening concert. These students represented North Penn-Mansfield with pride!
