MANSFIELD, PA – A three vehicle accident occurred near Smith’s Tattooz located at 1495 South Main Street around 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, in Richmond Township.
Pennsylvania State Police were on scene first and requested Mansfield Hose Company to assist with traffic control by 5:05 PM.
Rescue 2-8 arrived at the scene of the crash by 5:12 PM and firefighters quickly provided traffic control.
Mansfield firefighters were cleared to return back to their station after the scene was turned back over to Pennsylvania State Police at 5:35 PM
There were no reported injuries in this rear-end collision and chain reaction crash. FNN received word that one truck was involved, it is unknown what type of other vehicles were involved, at this time.
