PSP-Coudersport Release – October 2026.
POTTER COUNTY, PA – On Monday, October 26, 2026, Pennsylvania State Police based in Coudersport, PA, responded to 5022 State Route 49 W, in Harrison Township, for an unrelated incident. During interviews for that incident, marijuana paraphernalia was observed in plain view.
Charges were filed against 38-year-old Suzanne Renee Vanoss and 44-year-old Richard Duane Kerchner both of Mills, PA, through District Court 55-4-03 against for possession and paraphernalia.
Both individuals were charged with the following;
- 35 § 780-113 §§ A32 M USE/POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – Misdemeanor.
- 35 § 780-113 §§ A31I M MARIJUANA-SMALL AMOUNT FOR PERSONAL USE – Misdemeanor.
