COUDERSPORT, PA – A 15-year-old female of Montrose Borough (Susquehanna), PA, was arrested on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, for aggravated assault of two Direct Support Professionals at UPMC Coudersport Hospital.
According to Pennsylvania State Police based in Coudersport, PA, the 15-year-old female patient was being combative with hospital staff on Wednesday evening. Pennsylvania State Police were notified of the incident at 10:22 PM and they responded to UPMC Cole Hospital located on East 2nd Street to investigate..
A 27-year-old male and a 25-year-old male both of Bradford, PA, were victims in this situation.
Upon investigation it was discovered two Direct Support Professionals were (allegedly) assaulted by the female juvenile.
The female juvenile is to presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
